Jody received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies in December, 2004 and has also completed courses in Office Administration with a Legal Specialty. Jody has many years of experience in office administration but she has worked in the elder law field for the past thirteen years as a paralegal concentrating on Medicaid issues. During this period, she has worked with Medicaid offices, nursing facilities, and other health care providers throughout the State to obtain benefits for thousands of individuals. Jody had even trained attorneys and received high marks for her session on processing of Medicaid applications at the annual Elder Law Institute for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum.  Jody’s personal goal is to make every family’s experience with the Medicaid system less stressful and to ease their burden so they can fully concentrate on taking care of their loved ones.
