Important information regarding the end of the Public Health Emergency and your Medicaid benefits:
With the ending of the Public Health Emergency, Medicaid will be issuing a series of notices to recipients. It is important to address any and all notices that you receive immediately upon receipt. Medicaid will begin issuing notices for a review of benefits to determine ongoing eligibility for recipients. You must respond to this in order to maintain benefits under the Medicaid program. If you require assistance with this process or receive a termination of benefits notice, please contact our office.

Elder Law Planning To Help Your Family
Sometimes, however, because of a disabling illness or injury or a progressive disease such as Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s, staying at home or staying at home without assistance is not possible.
Issues arise concerning planning for the cost of long-term care and the availability and quality of care. With proper legal planning, it is possible to address those concerns, providing quality of life for not only the person in need but also his or her spouse and dependents.
